Karmage — Karma.sano, italian style, organic fermented plant-based semi-cured speciality for those who do not want to eat cheese, here in a 200g format. Made to grate for your pasta. With lupins, cashew nuts, almonds, and ferments. It’s perfect for gratin and grating.
Our vegan Karma.sano was especially designed to be grated. You should first grate it and let it dry a couple of days in your fridge until getting dryer shavings. That's the best way to have it for your pasta.
It has so many applications that you will fall in love with: use it in a gratin, baked, in pasta and rice dishes... or use it however you want! It's rich in flavour (without additives) and has a curing process of 3 months, which gives it a natural salty profile, and is a perfect accompaniment for your dishes.
Warning: Although you may have reached this page because of the lexical field we use (pressing, curdling, curing, fermenting, melting, semi-cured...), we do not want to mislead any consumer, therefore, we warn that this product is not cheese. It is a vegan product, in other words 100% vegetable, which does not have the same properties as cheese made from animal milk.

It’s a common misconception to think saturated fats are all unhealthy. It’s more a question of knowing which are harmful (processed and/or of animal origin) and which are healthy (in their natural state in plant foods).
Raw vegan alternatives to xxxxxx (forbidden word), made from legumes, nuts, and organic coconut oil contain healthy fats that contribute to cardiovascular health and cholesterol burning.

Shelf life packaged: 45 to 60 days..
Store in the refrigerator (between 0 and 5°).
Take your Karma.sano out of the packaging (compostable packaging, you can dispose of it with the organic waste) and keep it in your fridge in some tupperware, a container, or a plate. It’s recommended to leave it without the paper so that it can “breathe” and continue its curing process. This way, you can eat it little by little. In addition, so that it can always be easily grated, we recommend that you leave it in the fridge to prevent it from going soft.
Our packaging does not contain plastic.
You can throw away the cardboard with the paper. The transparent vacuum bag is compostable in industrial composting conditions (i.e. you have to throw it in the organic waste of your village/neighborhood). Industrial composting is done in specialized composting plants.
