Paula, Patri, Estefi are at the helm of Only Vegan, a family-run business in Chueca. They’ve been vegan for almost 10 years and are all lovers of cooking. They have been veganising all the traditional dishes of our country, and running a vegan eatery that promotes the diversity and inclusion that exists in veganism was always uppermost in their minds. They’ve always looked for ways to make veganism more accessible to those around us, and that’s how the idea of Only Vegan was born.

It was love at first sight between Hanne, her team, and Veggie Karma. Since its recent opening in 2021, Chez Kessler offers elaborate seasonal dishes, prioritising collaboration with small suppliers and using plant-based produce.
Be sure to ask for their vegan cheese substitute board, where you’ll find our semi-cured cheeses with sweet smoked paprika and white wine.
