Barcelona Veggie Crafters SL - Passeig Lluis Companys 19 - 08003 Barcelona - Spain is the Data Controller of the personal data of the Data Subject and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), for which you are provided with the following processing information:


Purposes and legitimacy of the processing: maintaining a professional relationship (for the legitimate interest of the data controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and sending communications about our own products or services (with the consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR). We do not sell, exchange or forward your data to any other entity. The only exceptions are companies involved in the correct processing of your order (carrier, bank...).

Data retention criteria: data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or their total destruction.

Communication of data: data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.


Rights of the data subject:
